Our employees have been performing ALTA surveys in New York State since 1992. This type of survey is typically a requirement for commercial sites which require an ALTA title policy. Aaron Kennerly PLS, LLC has provided these types of surveys directly to attorneys and property owners that require this work as well as acting as sub-consultants to other out-of-state firms that have contracted this type of work in New York State.
Part of our success with this type of work is our ability to provide preliminary mapping for these projects within two (2) weeks of receiving a notice to proceed. We also try to be very responsive to client's comments and often provide map revisions based on these comments within 24 hours of receiving them.
